The aim was to simplify the technical hang tags in response to the shift in the user journey. The updated design was recyclable yet maintained a distinct premium feel due to the unique shape and bamboo string.

Eco-friendly recyclable cards were adopted for gift vouchers in the place of the previous plastic designs.
